1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ph3333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph3333 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will take appropriate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances, upon discovery.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ph3333 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph3333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph3333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph3333 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ph3333 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements.
